I know up north maybe it’s getting cooler and everyone is thinking about the cooler months but down south the heat is still on and we are still playing in the water! Let’s take the Airhead UFO out for a spin!

The Airhead UFO ski tube is quite a wild spinning ride! This boat towable can hold up to four people which always makes for a super fun ride! It features a tough 30 gauge pvc bladder with a full 840-denier double-stitched nylon covering. It has neoprene knuckle guards and deluxe nylon covered handles. It has not one but two boston valves which make inflating and deflating this ski tube a sanp. It’s tough! The Kevlar-mounted oversized stainless steel tow ring is mounted on the bottom of the ski tube, so this boat towable spins like a top as it is pulled in the wake. If you don’t like the idea of spinning then it can be disabled through the no spin harness. Either way this tube is awesome and provides hours of entertainment!

This ski tube has to be one of the wildest rides I have ever been on.

!warning! This boat towable is not for the faint at heart or anyone that gets any kind of motion sickness!

Ok now that I have warned you, let’s talk about the crazy Sportsstuff Gyro Tube. This boat tube was designed with the thrill seeker in mind. I know you have seen the hamster in the hamster wheel, just running and running and spinning that little wheel over and over again. Now imagine if you were inside one but instead of it going round and round you go with it, round and round and round again. If you can picture that then you get the idea behind this crazy ass towable. It is designed to roll on top of the water with the rider inside. It’s simple just have the boat driver make a turn and you will be rolling like a bowling ball thrown by a pro bowler.

The Sportsstuff Gyro boat tube is made from a heavy-duty PVC and it can withstand all kinds of abuse. I really can’t describe the feeling you get when riding in this awesome ski tube. Sportsstuff Mable tube review

Sportsstuff ski tubes are known for their quality and durability and the Sportsstuff Mable is one great ride.

The Sportsstuff Mable is a ski tube that can be riden many ways. You can ride this boat towable on your knees, you can ride this ski tube laying down or you can sit on it just like an armchair.

The Mable is great boat tube to add to your collection. It has plenty of handles, so you won’t have any problems holding on while you hit the wake. My experience with this ski tube was nothing but great. It was a snap to fill with air using my air pump. Once It was all hooked up, I was ready to ride in the wake. If you tow this boat towable like in the video shown below, very little of the tube actually hits the water, this makes for a very fast ride. If the boat driver wants to make some turns the Sportsstuff Mable will slide across the water like a bullet. Having very little contact with the water surface also makes the Sportsstuff Mable a great ski tube for jumping the wake and when done correctly you and the tube will catch some major air. This great little device will do just that. Keep your ski tube tied down and out of the way while you are under way! Did you just ask yourself, How does this tube keeper work? Well I am going to tell you! It’s pretty simple but most great tools or inventions are fairly simple. Someone once said to me don’t you know about the K.I.S.S. theory? This can be a great way to keep your ski tube in place and save some space at the same time. Ski tubing is a great watersport. It is easy and just about anyone can enjoy it but just like any other sports there is always the extreme and when I say extreme ski tubing, I mean High flying kite tubes. The name says it all : Ski tubes that fly kinda like a kite. Kite tubing can be very dangerous and should be done by professionals after all the tube does fly quite high while you are being towed at a high rate of speed. Sportsstuff ski tubes are some of the best boat towables in the industry. They are made solid and will withstand the abuse of the wake.

The Sportsstuff Frequent flyer is single rider tube and a double rider tube. It lives up it’s name and will have you flying in the air behind the boat.

When we took this boat towable for a spin we had a blast. With our electric pump it was a snap to inflate this ski tube. Once inflated it was time to go for a ride. This ski tube is big, it measures in at 76 inches and has so many hand holds that you can sit or lay anywhere on it. It has a flat deck and a full nylon covering and PVC bladder and an EVA foam body. It’s built tough and rides super smooth!

Pump up your ski tube or boat towable.

There are many ways to inflate your boat towable or ski tube. Get an electric pump and have your tube inflated in no time!

So you have your new ski tube, tow rope and tow harness, well your going to need a pump for that boat towable and there are quite a few pumps on the market today. The choice really depends on how fast you want to get that tube inflated and on the water.

There are manual hand pumps. Sure they require a little more work but when there is no electricity around then what other choice do you have? I like to keep a manual pump in my boat as a spare. There are also manual foot pumps.

Then we have the electric pumps. These pumps will get your tube inflated quickly but there are quite a few choices for electric pumps as well.

There are 120 volt electric pumps that work in a regular wall outlet.

There are 12 volt electric pumps that will work in the old lighter adapter.

There are also rechargeable 12 volt air pumps.

So when it comes to pumps for your new or that old favorite ski tube, there are many choices and each pump has it ups and downs.
